My house has quite a few Nest Thermostats, and they are all under the account of my twin, who has unfortunately passed away. I took one off his account, and got it into my account, but it is a long process to make that happen given factory resets, etc. Is there a simple way for me to just transfer them all to me or change owner? I have the house in my account, but only have the one Nest in it so far. There are 8 more still at the old account. I also want names to say the same because I AC services has those names in their system.

The short answer is no, unfortunately. You will need to physically factory reset them and set them up with your account.

Try these steps:
If the Nest drive is successfully showing up on your computer, can you see a technicalinfo.PLIST file? If you get this far let me know and I'll ask a community specialist to assist with next steps, as these can't be shared publicly in the community.
