It will probably work with a Nest Learning Thermostat Gen 3. Unfortunately it looks like there is no C (common) wire. In many cases a Nest Learning thermostat will work fine without it.
You can use the Compatibility Checker to verify. You may need to determine the type of system you have as it appears the thermostat has different terminal letters depending on the HVAC type. For example the white wire may be W1 or O while the black wire could be W1 or W2.
