apparently you will not be able to directly replace EcoNet thermostat with Nest in the case if you have a Rheem furnace. They both designed to work together in a unique way.

I am looking for the same. Any help will be appreciated.

Hi Adarsh1111,
Thanks for reaching out. I'd love to know more about this. Could you share a photo of your current thermostat's wiring? Also, you could try our compatibility checker to see if your current system is compatible with the Nest Thermostat.
Thanks,
Mel

Hello there,
I appreciate your effort in sharing the pictures of your system panel, @Adarsh1111. However, we can't determine which wire is directly connected to your current thermostat.
To be sure, could you also send us a picture of your current thermostat wiring diagram showing how the wires are labeled?
I'll look forward to your response.
Thanks,
Mark

Hello there,
I'm sorry for the late response. I know it has been a while, but I wanted to ensure that everything was covered here.
I appreciate you sharing the photos. The E terminal on your thermostat appears to be for emergency heat. Some thermostats for heat pumps have this terminal, which toggles the emergency heat on or off. With setup, it requires local professional assistance to rewire your system to make it Nest-compatible.
If there’s anything else I can help you with, please let me know.
Thanks,
Mark
