Unable to connect a second Learning Thermostat 3rd generation

Unable to add a second Learning Thermostat installed onto the Nest App. Keep getting TD030 error. Tried to update reset router and device but no luck yet. 
Please can you suggest what I should do.

Yes. All is well. Your Customer Service associate was super. He walked me through the steps and we were able to set up the two thermostats across our three floors. And they have been working well ever since.

Same here. please advise

In my case it was a series of actions that Google Support was able to use to resolve my problem. Not something that I can explain here.
Best if you just called them directly yourself.
