New unit out of the box.
After wiring up everything and moving to setup to Bluetooth to phone scanning the back of the unit. Sends me to G-app to continue unit setup never loads start menu. I have gone back and such for unit ID: and was able to paired successful but unit still won't load system menu,,, P.S. I Have tried on two phones and get same results.

I'm sorry if you have to go through this in setting up your new Nest Thermostat. I'd love to help.
You could try restarting your thermostat by pulling out the display from its base and removing the batteries for at least 3 minutes before plugging them back in to refresh.
Please let me know if that helps, or if the issue still persists.

Oh no! I'm sorry to hear the steps didn't help, but I appreciate all the steps you've taken. I'm glad to know the seller will have it replaced for you. Once the replacement has arrived, make sure to follow the same wiring setup and continue with the setup on the Google Home app. Follow the steps on this page for your reference.
