Boiler not responding to thermostat and when desired temperature is reached doesn’t turn off.

I have reset the Nest, reset the boiler

Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. I'll do my best to get this resolved. Just to confirm, the heating is always on? Do you hear a click sound coming from the Heat Link when you turn off/on the heating?
