Hi, went to turn heating on last night but received H71 error on thermostat, when trying to reset Heatlink, it’s not presenting any lights at all. I can see this is a common fault; I have tried to contact nest by phone and chat but it just tells me to try again in opening hours which by the looks of your website I am within those hours.
Please can someone assist me as I have a 2 year old and currently no heating. Thanks

Hi there @Rjk2! I'm really sorry to hear that you encountered this issue, and also for the late reply, but I'll do my best to help. Please respond to the following set of questions and try the steps at the end:
Have you recently had service or maintenance on your electrical, plumbing, or heating system?
Have you tried any troubleshooting steps before contacting us?
How many zones are present in your setup?
Were there any power outages recently?
Check for all the breaker switches to be on.
Turn the breaker switches off and then on again.
Turn on manual mode.
