Usage not showing on Thermostat or App

Hi - I have reliably been able to see my daily usage history since the thermostat was fitted in Sept last year - on both the thermostat itself and the app. For the last 10 days, no usage has been recorded.

I have restarted the thermostat, restarted my phone with the app. When I updated the software

on my phone, the app now shows usage on the expanded details for the  day I carried out the update, but at the top level it is still reporting no usage. This seems to be a problem that keeps recurring, as I can see earlier posts in 2021 and 2022 describing exactly the American behaviour. Please can you provide a solution

Hello Durhams2,

 

The problem arose because the Nest Thermostat restarted itself improperly at some point throughout that day. The thermostat was not correctly restarted by selecting restart in the Reset settings if there was an unorderly restart. Our team is aware of this and is working to resolve it.
