Nest Thermostat

I am trying to compete the set up. The thermostat says “Added to your account “

use the nest app to continue setting up your thermostat. I can’t find anything in the app to complete!  I set up another Nest thermostat in my downstairs without a problem. Very frustrating

Thanks for posting in Google Nest Community forum. I'd love to help.

Let's sort this out:

• Do you see any other messages on the Nest app?
• If the thermostat icon is not showing on the Nest app's home screen, finish the setup. Please try these steps:
  
  1. Settings > Reset > Account Connection
  2. Settings > Network > Connect your thermostat to your Wi-Fi
  3. Set it up to the Nest app.
