Hi - I have had the W5 error for about a week.
I've tried all troubleshooting methods recommended on the community, and read it could be the Wifi Chip itself? please help - thank you.

Same here. I checked the software and it looks like it updated right before it stopped working. Guessing it’s something to do with the update.
I’ll chat up support later tonight to see if I can get it fixed.

I just got done chatting them. All they would say is that it’s a problem with the display and I need to replace it. I tried to tell them that the display is fine and that it looks like it stopped working shortly after it updated.
They didn’t even have me do any troubleshooting steps, just said we will replace it. Looks like they are doing it for free (they put a temporary hold on your card until you send back the defective one).
