3rd Gen Learning Thermostat: I'm having continued connectivity issues with my WiFi which cannot be resolved despite repeated troubleshooting. I fear this is an already established concern with a potentially faulty chip. Of greater concern is the fact that the device is no longer holding a charge even after being plugged in, which also renders it inoperable. Today (12/20/21) it is 17F outside and 55F degrees and falling inside. Apologies but if this cannot be addressed immediately, I will be forced to purchase another and we can address remuneration for the full price of this faulty device afterwards.
Please advise asap - thank you....
