I keep getting a W5 code error and I have done every reset possible I have remove the app from my phone I remove the thermostat from the app after resetting it can’t ever seem to find a Wi-Fi network I have Xfinity Wi-Fi and I do not have any safeties on there I never see the name of my Wi-Fi come up on the thermostat or connect it just gives me the W5 error
