We have same issue few months back which was replaced and has been working but stopped connecting to network. Thermostat replaced few months back. I have spend many hours looking for suggestions in community and tried below advice but none has worked.
1. Network reset
2. Restart Thermostat
3. Software upgrade which never happened as equipment looking for network connection
The equipment is brilliant peace of work with network connection nightmare. Any other options to resolve
