Shows this error for last few days 

I reset the thermostat and still doesn’t work

internet working perfect

W5 is a very well know fault to Nest. Faulty wifi chip.

Try first, reset network in reset - do this twice - then restart in reset, NOT by pushing against the wall, must be in the reset menu.

Failing that, you have faulty display.
