I have the my thermostat since we have had the house I noticed a few month ago that it will not connect to the app or my network, will not connect with mobile hotspot either, I went through all troubleshooting techniques and still have nothing. This not good thing when you pay for something you want it to work, I would like to get a replacement that works.

I’m having the same issue. Keeps giving a W5 error. Nothing works.

Yes nothing works, need a replacement Google, please send one out
