Waiting Days for Nest Thermostat Data Archive

I'm trying to download Nest thermostat history associated with the account #. The page at https://myaccount.nest.com/mynestdata says the data download is pending after two days. I don't need any videos or images, just temperature and humidity from the thermostats. Can it really take this long, or is the process broken?

Okay, I don't know if posting this topic had anything to do with it, but my data just showed up 2-1/2 days after I requested it. Very happy to have the data, so problem solved, I guess.

Thank you for posting here in the community. I'm sorry that it takes too long to get the data history of you Nest thermostat. I understand how frustrating it is when it takes too many days to receive the information.
