Warranty claim

Can't figure out how to file a warranty claim.  Have gone through all the support steps, but product still won't connect to internet or app.  Have several other Nest that do.  How can I contact Nest/Google to set up a warranty claim?

Hi

I've been using Nest thermostat for about 9 months, and recently it has had a working problem and a technician has identified a problem with this equipment. How can I make warranty claim? Thanks,

Hi, thanks for the reply, model : Nest Thermostat Learning 3rd Gen.

there are several symptoms, one is that the air blower suddenly works (even heater and cooler are not working). The display of the thermostat is showed off. The symptom disappears only when the main switch is turned off. Another symptom is that the air blower operation does not stop even if the thermostat is turned off while the heater is running. It does not stop even after more than 20 minutes. Thermo display shows "off" so I should turn off the main switch. A technician checked cables, resister, control boards, etc., and diagnosed a problem with the thermostat. When this error occurred again, I disconnected the thermostat and the air blower stopped working. The problem is that these errors don't happen every time, they happen suddenly every 2-3 weeks. I hope this statement will help you, thanks.
