Warranty replacement for Nest Heat Link

I've been waiting for 2 hours for someone to respond to Google Support chat in the UK.  It started by letting me know I was number 5 in line.  2 hours later and I'm number 1.  Whoever is number 1 is taking their sweet time.

 

Disappointed to say the least.

Looks as though after I joined the queue the hours of answering a chat request closed.
