Where does the RC wire go?

I cannot find instruction for hooking up an RC wire to Nest. The connected wires in my thermostat are RC, O/B, Y,G,C. The Nest has a spot for all of those except RC. Does that mean it isn’t compatible?

It goes to the R terminal on the nest.
