My frustration for years has been that many logical suggestion are actually ignored. Eg no hold feature, no display of time on thermostat screen and others etc. Then we get this generic really condescending message "we have passed your feed back on". Maybe you have but despite wishing to have various features they never arrive, despite it being years with these complaints. How hard can it be to re-program one device which has a limited number of things to do. A skeptic would think that actually you are doing nothing. And simply doing the bare minimum to extract as much money as you can out of this product with out spending new money on development. I could say more but you get my point. You can see my frustration. I'm a simple home owner not (overly) whiny but want value for my money and don't like what seems to be disingenuous responses. That are soo typical with so many companies today
