My nest learning says the temp is 66 but it’s heating for a range of heat to 66 and cold to 68. Why is it heating when it’s at temperature?

Hey DilanPSmead,
Thanks for reaching out. Let's check — what type of Nest thermostat do you have? Is this the first time it occurs? Did you make any changes to your thermostat settings? Also, check out this link about the Nest thermostat temperature modes.
Thanks,
Archie

Hi there,
Thanks for the update and I'm sorry for the delay. Do you notice some messages or code on your Nest Learning Thermostat or on your Nest app? Could you please try to restart your thermostat by going to Settings then look for Reset then choose Restart? It will help your thermostat to re-calibrate its sensor.
I appreciate your help, Archie.
Best,
Jenelyn
