Why is my nest selecting away mode overnight?

I keep waking up freezing in the morning because my nest has turned to away mode overnight and not kicked in the morning schedule. Of course we’re not moving around and activating the thermostat overnight - we’re asleep but we don’t want to wake up freezing!!

Bump up the ECO mode minimum temperature.

Unfortunately I don’t want it hotter overnight, I want it to come up to temperature in the morning as scheduled. I think I’m going to have to switch off the home-away assist so it follows the schedule
