I have two Nest thermostats in my home that have been working fine for months. One of the two has lost connectivity and cannot find any internet connections or the hot spot on my phone. The other thermostat is still connected to the network and operating fine. There have been no changes to the network. I have run through the trouble shooter in its entirety including manually entering the names of Wi-Fi connections and security keys. The thermostat still cannot identify or connect to Wi-Fi networks. The thermostat is controlling room temp offline. Any suggestions on how to fix the connectivity issue?

After reading others responses to the same issues on the Forum, I contacted Nest Thermostat Customer Support. Within 45 minutes they confirmed the issue was hardware related and actions were completed to send me a replacement unit.
