Wifi connection error/w5

Anybody have any ideas about this? I have restarted/reset the stat but to no joy, just won’t connect whatever I do!😡

Yes, sadly a very common problem.

Try this, make sure the battery is fully charged - 3.8v and above

When fully charged, go to reset - reset network

Do that twice in the reset section.

Then go to software and try to update software, if that does not show your network or any network, chances are the wifi chip has gone.
