Wifi issues with thermostat

Hi - I am hoping someone can help.  I have had my Nest thermostat for several years and over the past year it has intermittently lost connection to the WiFi.  I contacted EE as another (non Google) device was having problems also and they supplied a new router.  This has made things worse, as I cannot now access the settings in the thermostat so unable to change the WiFi details.   Is there any way I can change WiFi without using the thermostat ?

I am running into the same issue, due to low power. My Nest thermostat has worked flawlessly for years, but now it is not getting a sufficient charge and disconnecting from wifi. Given that my thermostat has worked well for years, and there have been no changes to my wiring from my heating/ac unit, the only thing that I can surmise is that there must be something wrong with my thermostat.
