Hi @MonaGasc,

Thanks for reaching out here in the community! I'm sorry to hear that your Nest thermostat isn't connecting to the Wi-Fi network. I understand how concerning this is, especially since it was working fine previously and the connectivity issue still persists despite the troubleshooting steps you've taken. I'd be happy to help with this!

To better assist you, I'd like to ask the following:

  • What is the specific model and generation of your thermostat? Here’s a helpful article about how to identify your thermostat model.
  • Has your thermostat ever connected to your network?
  • To confirm, can the thermostat find or detect your network?
  • Have there been any recent changes in the home Wi-Fi network?
  • Do you only have one Wi-Fi network, or are there others? If so, do any of them end in _ext?
  • Can your other Wi-Fi-capable devices (phone, tablet, computer) connect to the internet through your Wi-Fi network?
  • Can you describe what troubleshooting steps you have done so far?

In the meantime, let's check the following:

  • Check for interference. Identify any devices that might be interfering with your Wi-Fi signal, such as cordless phones or microwaves. For reference, you can check out this article: Troubleshoot wireless interference.

Please keep me posted.

Best regards,

Jenniffer
