Will hot water control work on my communal heating system

Hi, I have bought a Gen 3 nest, the pics show existing programmer and thermostat wiring, the existing programmer allows me to control both hot water and heating, will the nest allow the same? I have a communal heating hotwater system but usually need to program or switch on through programmer. Thanks.
