Yes, it is compatible.

Try this wiring.

Blue - C to C

Red - RC to Rc or R (jumper to RH not needed)

White - W/E to W1 or W

Green - G to G

Yellow - Y to Y1 or Y

THe "or" is for the Google Nest Thermostat.
