Hi OJD,
Thanks for getting back to us. Your thermostat wires are compatible with any of our Nest Thermostats and should be wired to the Nest Thermostat base as follows:
Jumper wire is not needed for Nest Thermostats. Also, here's a guide for the installation and setup of a Nest Thermostat.

Yellow wire to Y
Red wore to RA
Red Jumper from RA to RC
