Wiring Waterfurnace Geothermal Thermostat

Greetings, I have followed the app directions and am left with 2 wires, an "L" and an "F". I understand that the "L" might be for the aux or emerg light and not required for the nest. However, I can find no reference at all to the the "F" wire. I would like to attach a photo of the wiring set up, however that appears to not be an option here.

To give you the most accurate assistance, could you please provide photos of both your current Nest Thermostat wiring and the wiring of your previous thermostat? This will allow us to compare and identify any potential issues.
