Wiring both RC & RH an Issue?

I am looking to install a new thermostat to handle two different heating/cooling systems and I want to ensure that if I wire both the RC & RH it will work correctly, as the notes in the NEST PRO install guide say that the Rh
wire will provide power to W1, W2/AUX, and Star connectors.  Before getting the nest, the electrician gave me a note telling me to wire the Oil to RH and Heat Pump to RC.

Current situation, two separate units/sources of heat: Oil Heat (R & W).  Heat Pump/ AC (R, W, G, Y, BL, OR)

I would like the use the heat pump as the primary source of heat and have it shut off when the temperature is below 40 degrees, then have the oil heat kick in for temps 39 degrees and below.

Electricians recommendations:

Oil Heat: R- RH, W-W1

Heat Pump/AC: R-RC, W-W2, G-G, Y-Y1, BL- C, OR - OB

Any insights would be great, thank you!
