Welcome to the Google Nest Community Forum! I'd be happy to take a look at your system's compatibility with the Nest Thermostat for you.
Based on the wiring diagram, it appears to have the standard thermostat terminals and is Nest Thermostat compatible. To confirm, I can't tell the color-coding of the wires from the Y2 terminal and the W2 terminal. What type of HVAC system do you have? (conventional system with 2nd stage in both heating and cooling, heat pump, etc.)
On your current thermostat:
- Red wire > Rc terminal
- Yellow wire > Y1 terminal
- White wire > W1 terminal
- Green wire > G terminal
- Blue wire > C terminal
- W2 terminal & Y2 terminal.
