Wiring configuration for nestlearn thermostat to replace TRANE tcont803as32daa heat pump thermostat?

Need help configuring for nest learning thermostat to replace TRANE tcont803as32daa heat pump thermostat.

The nest says it does not get any power. Tried reseting and moving RH to RC

current config

Do you have a picture of the original thermostat's wiring that you can post?

Did you disconnect/turn off the power to the system before you switched the thermostats?

Try connecting the Green and Red wires together (power the system off first) and see if the blower turns on. If the blower doesn't turn on, then you might have blown the fuse on the control PCB in the furnace.

The only change in the wiring that I would make is to move the white wire from W1 to W2/AUX. Having it in W1 shouldn't cause the no power problem you are having.
