Hello jmortiz024,

Thanks for reaching out! It looks like you've provided the wiring configuration for your system, including connections for C, O, W, W2, Y with a jumper to Y2, RH with a jumper to RC, and G. The Nest Thermostats don't require you to use a jumper wire, so you can disregard it.

While your wiring configuration seems clear, it's important to note that the Nest app might be recommending a professional installer for various reasons. The app might be advising this to ensure a seamless installation and to address any potential complexities in your HVAC system.

If you feel confident in your ability to install the Nest Thermostat and understand the wiring instructions, you may proceed with the installation. However, if you have any doubts or concerns, it's always a good idea to seek the assistance of a professional installer.

If you have any specific questions or uncertainties about the installation process, feel free to ask for guidance, and we'll do our best to assist you.

Regards,
Mark
