I have a white wire in the B port, throwing me off. Any advice? I have baseboard heading and central a/c system. Thanks

I see you have wires on B, W,Rc,Rh,Y,and G. Just mark the wire with the labels. You will not need a the second R as long as your heating system is not a separate system from your cooling system. A separate system might be a boiler and radiators.

Incorrect, he said he has baseboard heating and an a/c system. That is two separate systems and it will need both red wires installed.

First, you have what is called a dual transformer system and you need to connect both of the red wires to the Learning Thermostat. If you don't, then the heating or cooling will not work depending on which wire you leave off.
Since the is a location for a C wite, it means that the B terminal is for the heat pump reversing valve and would connect to the OB terminal on the Learning Thermostat.
You really do want to have a C wire and I see some extra wires behind the base. Use one of the blue wires and connect it to the C terminal in the a/c system.
Try this wiring
White - B to OB
White - W to W1
Red - RH to Rh (do not mix this red wire with the Rc red wire)
Red - RC to Rc (do not mix this red wire with the Rh red wire)
Green - G to G
Yellow - Y to Y1
You will have two separate cables behind the base plate, one going to the a/c system and the other going to the baseboard heaters
