I have orange white green yellow red black wires and old system had jump wire re from w1 to y1. Is this compatible with the learning thermostat?  If so how to wire. TIA

Yes, it is compatible.

The jumper between W1 and Y1 is not needed and you need to match the labels on the current thermostat to the labels on the Nest. The Red wire going to the R terminal will go to the Rc terminal on the Nest
