Wiring report e23

Help. This came up out of nowhere. The nest.com/23, doesn't help as I can't get off the error screen. Any suggestions?

Sorry for the delay but thanks for reaching out to the Google Nest Community.

You’ll see this code if your thermostat doesn’t detect power to a wire, or it can’t detect the wires in your thermostat. When did this start appearing on your thermostat's display? Were there recent changes made on your HVAC system or your thermostat before this started happening? Also, did you ensure that the power to your system is on? 

I would also suggest that you check on thermostat wires. Here's a step by step guide.
