Unsure how to post photos in here, but when I ran the comparability test on our current thermostat, it said it was compatible with a Nest. When installing our Nest, I was told our system was incompatible and I could not complete the install process. We have W, Rh, R, G, and Y wires with open spaces for B and O wires. Any ideas what is going on?
