Won’t keep AC on

I installed Nest couple of day ago. While I installed it and test run checked out fine. But while using it I noticed it’s unable to keep AC ON. Even much before reaching the target temperature, after kicking in ON, it just turns it off within minute and then may by after 10 minutes turns it on again.

I have switched off all smart function and away detection off too. Not sure how to make this thing keep my house cool.
