Sorry for to hear about what's going on and also for the delayed response. 

 

I just wanted to drop by if you still need help with this. If you do, let me know what specific Google Nest device are you pairing to your phone, what message or code are you getting if you're getting one and what is the make and model of your phone. It would also be a great help if you could provide all the steps you've done if you've tried some.
