Wont connect

good morning, 

mum having connection issues after i unplugged my gen 4 nest and forgot to plug it back in. 

does anyone have any information or know how i can upload a photo to this forum.

when you very first created this Google forum account you were sent an email to validate your email address. If you don’t validate the email address, you cannot upload a photo. Go find the email and verify your email address and then you’ll be able to upload a photo.

In addition, if you are NOT logged into this forum when you are entering a Reply, you do NOT get the camera icon that lets you upload a photo.  But if you click on your profile in the upper right corner to log on, then you DO get the photo icon.
