Worked fine for over a year, came home and Error M22 (C-Wire bad) took off and try again no go, will not connect to wifi at all no matter what so called support...
Support:
1. Yes Sir thats a bad C-Wire you need to get that fixed or it will not work at all....
Me: Well a C-Wire gives it power and it works from the wall ok and controls the unit fine.
2. Support: Didnt know that, but its the C-wire for sure.
Me: Please update yourself on the error on Reddit as there are thousands of people discussing fixes and problems.
3. Support: We are now allowed to check reddit, it is the C-Wire.
Me: Ahh it holds the IP/MAC in the router, guess ll just reboot that and fix it since you website forced me to factory reset the whole frigging thing and spend hours
4. Support: That wont work but I can wait.
Me 30 mins later: works fine now Thanks for all your help !

Hello abundesen,
Thanks for reaching out here in the Google Nest Community.
I'm sorry you have to experience this, and it appears you're having trouble connecting your Nest Thermostat to the Wi-Fi network or during the setup process. I'd like to investigate this further and try to make things right.
Can you share your support ID number from your recent contact with us?
I look forward to your response.
Best regards,
Mark

If I relied on Google's expert advice I would have been paying an EXPENSIVE repair bill to diagnose a non-existent problem... follow the help other users had on Reddit fixed the issue and is explained above, you were not a is "Mark" here just a Bot that didnt even read that it was fixed now in the last message?
