Nest thermostat overheating

Often my nest keeps my heater running well past the set temperature. Once it was set on 68 I was out of town and it reached 93 in my house with my pets there. Please help. If I pull it from the wall the furnace cuts off

4th generation thermostat

Google need to do something right o way we pay to much for the services and devices also , I'm freezing this new thermostat does not work I'm sure a lot of people haven't the same problem
