Faulty Nest heat link

Nest Heat link dead. No lights on the heat link despite power being fed to the unit. Thermostat obvs won’t connect as the heat link is dead. This is the 3rd Gen Learning type.

Resolved! Nest thermostat

Just moved into a house that had nest already installed, I've downloaded the app to set it up but I can't link up the thermostat to my app as it is registered with the old home owner. Would reseting the thermostat to factory settings resolve this?

Are Temperature Sensors Required

Hi, we just moved into our home with a Nest System. I can't find or tell if the system has temperature sensors. How can I validate that? Are they required or does the thermostat itself have a sensor?

Resolved! Nest learning blowing hot air when ac is turned on

Installed during winter not checking the AC. When choosing cool, the unit blows hot air. The heat wires are connected as W1 white wire, Orange to the W2. Yellow wire to the Y. Old thermostat was a honeywell
