Nest thermostat disconnected from app and will not reconnect giving me M15 error. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting mentioned and nothing. WiFi is working fine. I’m at a loss.

1hr minimum heat ON setting
Why is the minimum heat demand time period 1hr. My heating system does don’t require 1hr otherwise it will be on too long and inefficient. Schedule should allow for 15/30 minute heat up periods.
