Moved Away From Our Home

We have moved away from our home and did not disable our Nest thermostat. We cannot return to change settings. Is there any issue with just leaving it for the new homeowner?

C wire connected, but still getting error

I think I have the correct thermostat selected. My C wire is connected and has power (confirmed by my ac guy), but I'm still getting the error saying it's not connected. Any suggestions how to fix this?

The thermostat is offline in the app

It's not working on my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra either. It says thermostat offline, but troubleshooting it says its connected to the correct wi-fi, rebooted it and still shows offline on the app, started 3 hours ago, frustrating.
