Anyway to permanently stop eco function on nest heating app?

Whenever I turn my heating on manually the eco setting keeps kicking in and switching it off. More often than not it thinks I’m not home when I am. Does anyone one how you can permanently disable that function as not fit for purpose?

It’s been working fine. Suddenly coming up with this error. I’ve carried out all trouble shooting. We have a second thermostat for kitchen which is working fine. Heatlink has a single green light showing. help much appreciated
