Thermostat not working correctly

The thermostat is set to operate at 21 degrees centigrade, quite often it does not operate until it has dropped to nearly 19 degrees and then does not go off until it is almost 22 degrees.

Nest Power Connector

Just wanted to double check as we have a two zone heating system and are trying to install Nest Thermostats on both zones. It seems we will need a Nest Power Connector for each thermostat (two power connectors).Thanks Brian762
