I had the same problem last year. It shows it on and says a time on how
long it will take and it never comes on. I have a new filter in and
tried to restart, checked wiring, nothing is working. Last year it just
started working again one day.
Once the Heat Mode is turned on, the heater will not shut off after
exceeding setting on the thermostat and the heater stays on if the mode
is changed to Eco or OFF. The only way to stop the heater is to switch
to the Cool Mode.
