Nest thermostat stuck with "starting soon" message

Installed recently after factory reset. Trying cooling system. For every few mins it's showing starting soon message repeatedly. Resetting restarting not helping me. Any clues what's going on with my system ?

Nest list functionality on new phone

I was able to see and control temperature on my phone. Bought new phone and now cannot see/ change temperature. Google says to enter entry key which I cannot access because nest already setup. I'm signed into Google but that didn't help.

Error e79 keeps recurring on my nest thermostat

I am constantly getting the error e79 in my nest thermostat. When I remove the thermostat cover and put it back on, it temporarily fixes the issue. But again, after a few hours, I get the same error e79 again. I checked the wiring and it all looks go...
